Project description:

In light of the critical nature of the operations to be carried out on energy installations, ensuring the security of maintenance operations requires a guaranteed uninterrupted supply to clients and end users.

Automating the work of network operators is essential to prevent any interruption of medium to high voltage power lines while guaranteeing operator safety. The Volt-Air Drone project provides an automated, interoperable and easily reconfigurable drone solution that can be deployed in an extremely high voltage (400KV) environment involving significant electromagnetic fields and electric arcs. This innovation will drastically lower costs while offering a high service level.

TESTIMONIAL:

«We are immensely grateful for the exceptional support and assistance that we have received from the Aerospace Valley Hub. Their technical expertise and support preparing the file, especially in the fields of drones and embedded and communicating systems as well as the constructive feedback provided by COMLAB, were critical to improve the success of our Volt-Air project. Their letter of support was also a determining factor to strengthen our application, affirming their essential role in our success.”
