HACK4SCAIRA
March 14th and 15th, 2025 | Toulouse, Rochefort (France), Coimbra (Portugal), and Murcia, Valladolid, and Badajoz (Spain)
HACK4SCAIRA is an in-person hackathon-type competition promoted and hosted by the partners of the SCAIRA project simultaneously in France, Portugal, and Spain, whose main goal is to seek future entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs to join our 6-month acceleration European programme. Whether you’re passionate about technology, innovation, or creating a lasting impact in your community, this is your opportunity to take the leap and make your ideas thrive.
To whom is it addressed?
Generally speaking, HACK4SCAIRA is designed to bring together forward-thinkers, problem-solvers, and trailblazers ready to reshape aerospace and automotive industries. Ideally, fearless and creative students and would-be entrepreneurs who dream of turning environmental and climatic issues into opportunities to ensure a fair and inclusive change for all.
How does the competition work?
During the 24 hours that HACK4SCAIRA will last, you will have to solve, in teams of two to five members, the different Challenges proposed by the illustrious industrial partners of the project: Airbus and Renault Group. But no cause for alarm, because the participant teams will freely choose their Challenge from among the options proposed. Moreover, it will be possible to change the choice of Challenge until the beginning of the event. Remember that multiple competing teams are likely to undertake the same Challenge.
On the day of the competition, your team will have to work with a collective mindset to solve the Challenge selected. The solution that comes up after all the enriching and creative efforts will be presented to the challenge’s corresponding jury during a five- to eight-minute presentation that will take place at the end of HACK4SCAIRA. Article 11 of the Competition rules describes the assessment criteria. Take a look at it!
