THE ACHIEVEMENTS
As its membership has steadily increased, the SEC Ecosystem of Excellence continues to prepare for the technological challenges and breakthroughs to come in the following areas:
- Optimization and securing missions and operations
- Energy management and more frugal solutions
- Future embedded systems architectures
- Integrating AI into embedded systems and related cybersecurity issues
With this in mind, the Ecosystem has been structured around:
- Regular meetings including over 20 ecosystem moderators and experts,
- Technical workshops and webinars organized in strategic areas defined in the Cluster roadmap, notably in the following areas:
- Electrification of future platform functions,
- High performance, secure communications,
- Space communications,
- Breakthrough technologies for low-carbon aircraft as part of the MAELE program.
In terms of Innovation and Development, the Ecosystem pursued the following actions:
- Decoding projects and providing expert assessments of projects submitted to the Cluster for certification.
- Providing support to members to organize their AMI, Challenge and AAC as well as helping to identify candidates for sector support programs (CORAC, SME, MAELE…)
During this period, SEC continued to develop relationships with other clusters and organizations to advance its members’ development. In particular with Digital Aquitaine, AlphaRLH, Embedded France and TOTEM.
Finally, SEC, represented by its board and community of moderators/experts has contributed to the development of many roadmaps: SRI OCCITANIE, FdR Electronique NOUVELLE-AQUITAINE, and Action Power Electronics OCCITANIE.
